Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled excursion will receive a full refund. NO-SHOWS Guests that are no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 2 days prior will receive full charge. Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain quite firm about our cancellation policy. Consider that on a given day you have an excursion with us, we are there, onsite, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the cancellation reason, our time and fixed costs are already invested; we may even have turned down other customers by holding your space. Thus it is easy to see why we must remain so firm regarding our cancellation policy. WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather you will not be charged. With that being said, we make all determinations about weather cancellations so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable as you will be charged if the excursion goes out. If we need to cancel an excursion due to weather conditions we will call to notify you as soon as possible, however please note that due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, cancellations may be done the same day on site.
