The Bio Island boat trip is an extraordinary experience, but it may expose participants to inherent dangers and risks associated with natural environment. I (we)  agree to use the Bio Island Boat Trip, equipment and appurtenances, premises and other facilities  at prevailing rates when the use is made for the Bio Island Boat trip.

In consideration of such use, I (we) hereby assume all risks and release on behalf of the conjugal partnership of which I am part (if such is the case) and/or for minor children or wards, the following: Bio Island Boat trip and all and any other tour service, hotels and/or DMC'S and, their parent corporations, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates and employees(collectively, the "Releases") from any and all claims, damages, bodily injuries, rights of action or not , arising out of, or any matter resulting from my participation in this activity on or about its premises and Bio Island Boat trip areas.

This includes, without limitation, any claims, damages, demands, rights of action or causes of action resulting from, or arising out of, the negligence of the released. I hereby agree to waive any and all such actions. Such release and waiver is to be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Further, I hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless release from and against any and all liability which may arise or be claimed by any person for loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property or injury or death of any person resulting from my use of provider's equipment or facilities.

Physical condition: those who have epilepsy, heart conditions or dizziness are not allowed to participate in Bio Island boat trip. Please help us make this experience pleasant for all.

I (we) acknowledge I (we) have read this Release and Waiver and understand that it is a Release and Waiver of liability. I am physically fit to engage in this activity. I have received and will adhere to Bio Island Boat trip's safety instructions. I freely assume the risks to safety and bodily injuries arising out of this type of activity. I am fully knowledgeable of my own physical limitations. This Release and Waiver cannot be changed orally by any Releases, employees or agents.

I understand and agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are and will be the only court with jurisdiction to hear any claim, complaint or demand arising from, or in any way related with my participation in the Bio Island Boat trip.

Bio Island reserve's the right of admission to any of our facilities, tours and/or properties. I (we) agree to follow the guide's and captain's safety rules in order to make the trip a pleasant and safe experience. Safety rules include but are not limited to: 

1. Remain seated while the boat is on movement and whenever the captain or crew communicate to do so.

2. No food or drinks allowed on the boat or reserve.

3. No grabbing the overhead branches from the reserve at any moment.

4. No lights allowed during the trip or on the boat.

5. It is not allowed to  participate of the tour while on the influences of alcohol and/or other drugs or behavior altering drugs or substances.

I (we) understand that I (we) should arrive at least 30 minutes before the departure of the booked trip, and that there are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. 

 

I (we) understand that bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon, and that its intensity (brightness) is unpredictable and may change every night.

I have read, understant, and irrevocably accept these conditions.
